What’s included

Your purchase includes a bespoke Firefly Studios photoshoot experience, featuring a professionally guided studio session and a private cinematic viewing appointment.

Makeover experiences also include professional hair & makeup.

Your experience also includes one complimentary high-resolution digital image.

A curated selection of additional images will be presented at your viewing appointment and will be available for purchase, but there is no obligation to do so.

Voucher Validity
All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, including those purchased as gifts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Sessions must be booked and attended within this period.

Booking Your Session

Following your experience voucher purchase, you will be invited to complete a short booking form and arrange your session with our studio team.

All sessions are subject to availability. We will personally guide you in selecting a suitable date to ensure the best possible experience.

Booking Deposit
To reserve your session, a refundable booking deposit is required:

• £39.99 for weekday sessions

• £49.99 for weekend sessions

This deposit will be either:

• Fully refunded following your viewing appointment, or

• Redeemable against any additional image purchases

The deposit secures your dedicated studio and editing time from our professional team

Booking Deposits

Your booking deposit will be released following your viewing appointment and should arrive in your account within 3–5 working days. If you choose to purchase additional images, you're welcome to put the deposit towards your order instead.

 As we reserve dedicated studio, editing, and viewing time for every booking, deposits can only be released once both the photoshoot and viewing appointments have been attended.

Rescheduling

If you need to rearrange, we kindly ask for at least 7 days' notice wherever possible. Appointments rearranged at short notice, or missed appointments, may require a new deposit to secure a replacement booking. Any additional deposit remains fully refundable after your viewing.

Arrival Times

Please note we can usually only offer a short grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals to photoshoots. Arrivals later than this may result in a rushed or rescheduled shoot. Rescheduled shoots may require an additional deposit.

Repeat Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Repeated cancellations or non-attendance without notice may result in the experience voucher being voided, at our discretion.

Guidelines for Family, Newborn & Maternity Viewings

To help you get the most out of your return viewing appointment, we kindly ask the following:

• Everyone involved in choosing your images attends: If more than one parent or guardian is attending the photoshoot, please ensure both come to the viewing. As a small studio, we can't offer second viewings, and we’d hate for anyone to miss out on seeing the images for the first time or being part of the selection process.

• A child-free window: Where possible, we recommend arranging childcare for children over 18 months so you can fully relax, enjoy your slideshow, and choose your favourites without distraction.

• Weekday preference: Weekday daytime appointments are preferred. Weekend slots are limited and fill up quickly around our studio schedule.

Our most important request is that all parents/guardians who attended the photoshoot also attend the viewing. However, if arranging childcare isn't possible - whether due to additional needs or any other circumstances - please don't worry. Just let us know and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

Pre-Production Design and Approval

All images will be professionally edited prior to your viewing. Some products, such as Photobooks, may require further Pre-Production Design, and your final approval, prior to production.

Production Collection Times (Following Final Approval):

Secure Digital Downloads: Usually same-day, up to 7 days for additional edits (where requested)

USB Presentation Boxes: Usually 2-3 weeks, occasionally longer if additional edits are required

Print Products: Usually between 3-5 weeks, including quality control.

Production times can vary largely depending on the specific print products and size of order - lead times will be advised at the time of order.

Refunds

Experience Vouchers: Non-Refundable

Booking Deposits: Fully refundable after your viewing, or redeemable towards additional image purchases

Digital Images: Non-Refundable after delivery of storage media, or download of files.

Prints:

If your printed product is not delivered within 60 days, we will offer you a 10% refund.

If your product not delivered within 90 days, we will offer you a cancellation and full refund.

Gift Purchases

Vouchers may be purchased as gifts and are fully transferable.

Where requested, we will take every care to communicate discreetly and preserve any intended surprises.

Studio Discretion

Firefly Studios is dedicated to providing a welcoming, professional, and respectful environment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where behaviour is considered inappropriate, including but not limited to disruptive or disrespectful conduct towards our team.

In such cases, sessions may be concluded and any deposits or vouchers forfeited.

We also reserve the right to:

• Adjust session timings where necessary

• Decline service in exceptional circumstances

• Update these terms where required

Any updates will not affect confirmed bookings.

General

By purchasing and redeeming a voucher, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
