Your voucher is valid for 6 months, giving you flexibility to choose the perfect time for your shoot.

After checkout, you’ll receive your digital voucher and welcome pack by email, including everything you need to book your experience.

To get started, simply complete the booking request form in your welcome email.

We’ll then arrange a friendly discovery call to get to know you, understand what you’re hoping for, and find the right dates for your photoshoot and viewing.

At this stage, we take a fully refundable booking deposit, which can be returned as soon as you've viewed your photos, or put towards any additional purchases. This helps us keep our calendar running smoothly and ensures every session gets the time and attention it deserves.

After your call, you’ll receive your booking confirmation along with everything you need to feel prepared and confident ahead of your shoot.

On the day, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the studio by our team.

We keep things relaxed and natural - especially for little ones - with time to settle in, have a quick chat, and ease into the session.

Your shoot lasts 1 hour, giving us plenty of time to capture natural, authentic moments and a variety of family groupings without ever feeling rushed.

Don’t worry about knowing what to do or how to pose - we guide you when needed whilst letting real moments unfold.

Around 1–2 weeks later, you’ll return to the studio for your private viewing experience.

Sit back with a complimentary drink and enjoy a cinematic presentation of your images.

Every experience includes one complimentary high-resolution digital image, and you’ll have the opportunity to purchase additional photos, prints, and wall art if you wish.

There’s no pressure - just clear options and guidance to help you choose the images you love.

For the best experience, viewings are designed for grown-ups only, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your images without distraction.

Once you’ve made your selections, we get straight to work. Digital images are often ready the same day, while printed products and wall art are carefully produced and quality-checked before being delivered securely or prepared for collection.
