Before the photography session

  • Once you’ve purchased your experience voucher

    We typically book between 2–6 weeks in advance. During busier periods, such as bank holidays, school holidays, and between October and December, availability may be limited, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

    For newborn sessions, we recommend booking after your 20-week scan. For maternity sessions, the ideal time is when you are 30–35 weeks pregnant.

  • Our studio is based in central Bath.

  • Yes, we do!

    All photoshoots are booked by first purchasing an experience voucher, then filling in the ‘Booking Request’ form in your welcome email, which is then followed up by a Discovery Call to discuss the shoot.

    If you would like to purchase an item as a gift, please provide your‍ ‍contact details so that we don’t spoil any surprises!

  • All photoshoot experiences are priced separately, however all experiences come with a photoshoot, return viewing and one complimentary high-resolution digital image.

    Many customers choose to purchase additional photos, wall art or collections at their viewing. We’ll email you a full product guide complete with prices after your discovery call.

    Please note that all packages are optional, and there is no obligation to purchase any additional photos after your shoot - you will always receive your complimentary image regardless of any other purchases.

  • While there is no strict time-frame for your babies age, we recommend that to get that “newborn look”, we advise booking a photo shoot for approximately 5 to 14 days after your due date.

    If your baby is older than this then we recommend you book one of our ‘family’ photo sessions.

  • We do! We just ask that all pets remain on a lead before entering and after leaving the studio space.

    Please note that our studio is located on the third floor and is accessed via a set of fairly steep stairs, so do ensure your furry companion is comfortable climbing stairs.

  • Your session time will depend on your chosen experience, please see your experience voucher or the experience pages on this website for details

  • Before your appointment, we can provide a styling guide for your shoot with suggestions on what to wear and what to bring, however we generally suggest you wear whatever feels comfortable, uplifting and authentically you.

  • If you have specific ideas, items you’d like to include, or any special requests for your session, we’d love to hear them.


    Although we can’t fulfil all requests, every client is offered the opportunity to describe ideas with us beforehand, ensuring we can thoughtfully incorporate your vision into the shoot.

  • No problem! Our photographers have 15-20+ years of experience working with a range of clients.

    They’ll create a supportive environment for you and your family to test out lots of poses.

  • We’re based in a beautiful, historic building in Bath, which means unfortunately there is no lift access to our studio. The space is located on the second floor and is reached via a set of stairs, so please take this into consideration when planning your visit.

    If you have any access needs you’d like to discuss, please get in touch. We’re always happy to help with bags, prams, or equipment upon arrival, and we’ll do everything we can to support you.

After the Photography session

  • Your return cinematic viewing (1-2 weeks after your shoot) is your opportunity to relax and enjoy your professionally edited images in a bespoke slideshow displayed on our breathtaking. high-definition viewing screen.

    At your viewing, you’ll also have an opportunity to review samples of our wide range of stunning digital and print packages, ranging from single photos to beautiful collections including wall art, folios, and much more.

    You’ll then get time to choose your favourite images - whether that’s simply choosing your complimentary digital image, or curating a full collection, our team will be there to offer gentle guidance and answer any questions throughout the process.

  • All photoshoots include 2-3 hours of professional editing included in the price. All retouching is very natural to ensure you still look like you

  • The photos will be in a mixture of colour and black and white, depending on what looks best for each image.

  • Unfortunately we cannot provide RAW files, however any digital images will be provided as high-resolution JPEG files.

  • Each package and collection can vary depending on the selection. Digital files can sometimes be delivered the same day, large print packages may take up to a few weeks. Our team will be able to advise you at your viewing.

  • Most major credit and debit card systems, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted.

    We also offer Klarna payments and have other pay-by-installment options available which can be disussed at your viewing.
